Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To qualify for return:

  • item must be unused
  • in original packaging
  • include all tags, labels, and accessories
  • returned due to quality issue, defect, or incorrect item

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless a verified quality issue exists.

Free Returns

Approved returns include:

  • prepaid return shipping label
  • no handling or restocking fee
